Very efficient service overall and parking on site.

This hotel is nicely appointed, has exceptionally attentive employees with a friendly and very helpful receptionist. The rooms were nicely furnished and brand-new, and the bathroom was luxurious with bathtubs. The location was unbeatable and incredible, close to a train station...

Clean accommodation, informative staff at all times. Marvellous and stunning location for our visit to botanical gardens just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Really close to centre, the train station and all attractions and the train station.

Also, I parked on site.

Outlook from room good on third floor at rear, nicely quiet. Room facilities good, line clean. Breakfast excellent.

The room was cozy and clean. The hot tub outside was a nice treat. The staff were super friendly, really helped us out with our bags while we explored the city. Breakfast was decent, lots of options. A bit of a hassle with parking since we had to move our car earlier than expected.

The location to the city centre foremost. We had hoped for a little more luxury hotel than this hotel in fact is. Pictures on the internet do it far more justice than in real life. However, for York city centre the price should really tell all. Breakfast was good, service good but the hotel was full of school children, I imagine a regular feature. The staff advised us on how to avoid meal times with the children which was thoughtful.

Having to walk two doors down the street to the main hotel for breakfast in the pouring rain. No comfortable lounge/bar to sit for a chat.

An excellent base for sightseeing in York and getting to the station, within walking distance. The staff very friendly and helpful, breakfasts very good with plenty of choice, also have a carpark attached to hotel. Room quite large with flat screen tv comfortable bed and quiet hotel

The welcome on arrival was quite uninviting. The receptionist was short and seemed irritated. This left a poor first impression of the hotel. Parking was available but getting out was tight was great.
